Twisted Trompo is growing rapidly, and we are looking for energetic and caring Managers to lead our restaurants throughout the Metroplex. We are looking for Managers with a true passion for food and the restaurant industry as well as a genuine interest in connecting with their Guests and Employees. Our Managers will be equipped with state of the art kitchens and bars (where applicable), documented food and beverage recipes, a sophisticated distribution system, full PNL and all other tools needed to successfully run an innovative concept and deliver a great Guest experience.

Our Managers will be responsible for managing the daily operations or our restaurants; including overseeing all culinary aspects of the restaurant including food and drink preparation and delivery, inventory management and profit optimization. In addition, they will be responsible for the selection, training, development and performance management of all Employees (FOH/BOH).  Above all else, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring Guests and Employees are treated with kindness and always have a great experience at Twisted Trompo.
